SPECIAL THANKS Date: 6-27-2008 Ryno Mobility would like to acknowledge a special thanks to our national sales manager Brad Stigleman, his timely client response and handling of all sales aspects are greatly appreciated. Brad's goal and main focus is the client, his dedication to detail is uncommon. Ryno Mobility could not have asked for a better person to spear head our growth and focus on mobility vehicles. TRUCKS IN PRODUCTION Date: 6-25-2008 As you may be aware we have moved locations. Ryno is currently trying to expedite production on the vehicles that are currently in line for completion. Ryno Mobility during the move had stopped all production to concentrate on the moving of the entire facility. We apologize to some clients that have had their build time extended due to our move. Rest assured now that we are fully up and running those trucks will be completed first. Currently our production has increased 300%, and all future trucks will see a shorter build time. A NOTE FROM RYNO MOBILITY CEO Date: 5-22-2008 I personally want to thank all of our clients for allowing Ryno Mobility to provide you with a conversion we think is simply the best. Some clients have emailed and noticed that dealers that were listed in their state are no longer there. Let me explain. We as a company only give listed Ryno Dealers one opportunity at representing Ryno Mobility. It has come to our attention, and we were contacted by a couple clients that they were not provided timely service work on their conversion. We realize dealers can be busy or backed up with other work and repairs, but we do not, I do not accept our clients not being waited on. With that being very well aware with ALL of our dealers, today I have decided to remove those dealers from our website. We feel as a company that even if the mobility dealer did not sell the original conversion, they should still service any Ryno Mobility conversion as part of being able to sell our product. I have personally apologized to those clients, and have authorized non Ryno dealers to perform the work no questions asked. I applaud those mobility dealers that think of the customer first and not who originally sold the conversion. In the next few days the Ryno staff will meet and decide as a whole what if any changes to our dealer structure will be made. If we decide to drop dealers from our site there will be no re-application process. In 2008 we will be requiring all Ryno Mobility dealers to send a tech of their choice to our facility for training. We feel a hands on technical class will better inform our dealers of the mechanics and electronics involved in our conversions. Ultimately our clients will be better served and that is our main focus and priority. For NON Braun dealers the Ryno Conversion can only be provided with the new DMS-R fork style lift, and on the Dodge Mega cab trucks the Swing Arm lift. We cannot and will not sell a Ryno conversion with the Braun UVL to a non Braun dealer. Keep checking the website for the new Toyota RC conversion by Ryno Mobility to be announced soon and will only be available through certain Ryno dealers. For the first time those dealers will have exclusive rights to sell all Toyota RC conversions in their state. Dealers interested in exclusive rights for the Toyota RC are encouraged to contact our sales manager Brad Stigleman at 1-800-799-4806 for more information and requirements.

Edward M Pic CEO / Ryno Mobility Corporation PRICE INCREASE Date: 5/21/2008 With the rising costs of fuel surcharges and raw steel, Ryno Mobility will implement a price increase within 2 weeks. Final amount will cover just the added costs involved in production. Since 2003 steel prices have risen by approximately 300%, we have tried our best to absolve those costs, but as vendors and suppliers raise there prices we have to follow suit. We do not particularly like raising prices, but feel we must. since 2003 Ryno has only increased prices when absolutely necessary. Ryno Mobility is considering an emergency price increase and see if the market settles and prices return to normal. if not, a full across the board increase will stay in place. Thank you for understanding, Edward M Pic CEO / Ryno Mobility DMS-R CONVERSION Date: 5/21/2008 Ryno Mobility will be offering the DMS-R lift (fork style) revision 4 lift system. Updates include narrower width, hydraulic operation, large oval remote control, manual back up, and safety functions. The designers are working hard to finish the updates and have ready for immediate shipping and install. Ryno is very pleased with the new revisions, and looks forward to this latest mobility option for wheelchair lifts. Epic Manufacturing LLC is now offering the DMS-R lift on all passenger side Suburbans built. Epic manufacturing recommends that attended clients purchase the manual door conversion. This equates to an overall savings on that conversion. Ryno mobility is also pleased to announce the preliminary stages of the Toyota Crew Max. The final design is not set, but we are hoping to offer a fully lowered floor such as what's available in the Dodge Mega cab now. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available. Physical laser measuring should take place soon, with mechanical design, functionality, and proto floor design to follow. The headroom will be set, as well as entry height, we will be working on suspension options as well as interior options. Pricing will be set accordingly.

LOCATION CHANGE Date: 3/20/2008 Ryno Mobility is moving. We are currently in the set up phase of a new facility. Phones and email may experience delays or interrupted service. We will try and make the changes as smooth as possible. With our new facility production times will be greatly reduced, and new vehicle prototypes will be started ASAP. Ryno Mobility will soon be offering fully lowered floor full size van conversions, as well as the latest Ryno DMS-4 vehicle conversion. We hope to have the Toyota Crew Max conversion under way soon. From the responses we have had, we look forward to offering this truck very soon. We are currently still finalizing the interior measurements and will be looking for a client to do a proto. Please bare with our growing pains, and trust that we will continue to serve all of our clients and dealers during this transition. Once in the new facility for 2008 we are requiring ALL Ryno truck dealers to send at least one technician to our facility for training on all the truck components and troubleshooting. All dealers will be contacted about dates available. In special occasions a dealer may send a tech to our facility at anytime for training. Dealers that do not wish to have the certification will no longer be able to sell or represent Ryno Mobility conversions. As of now we are hoping to have training for 2 days on a 90 day schedule. Manuals and lunche will be included and a final day luncheon at the end of training. Salesman are also encouraged to work with out national sales manager on a marketing campaign for the Ryno truck to help our clients receive the information on all the conversions when asked.
Thank you very much. Edward M Pic Owner / Ryno Mobility EPIC MANUFACTURING SLIDE LOCK REVISION Date: 3/20/2008 Epic Manufacturing LLC has made a total revision to the slide lock tie down. No longer is the the current model being offered. The final testing of the slide functions shall occur this month. After successful operational testing ALL slide locks for 2008 will be of the new design. We are hopeful the new changes will be received well, and are proud to have updated an already very successful product. In 2008 Epic will require mobility dealers be certified on installation and repair. If any dealer does not wish to adhere to this requirement they will no longer be able to sell or install the Epic Slide Lock. Epic Manufacturing LLC Plant 1 INSIDE FORK STYLE LIFT PROTO Date: 3/17/2008 Ryno Mobility has completed the metal fabrication of the latest proto vehicle the "Fork Lift". The floor is channeled and lowered to accommodate the wheelchair user. With no body lift or suspension lift the truck looks stock. The lift is mounted inside the truck, and lifts the client over the rocker and positions the user in the driving position. As with all Ryno trucks, the OEM frame IS NOT MODIFIED, Ryno has proprietary items that allow us to lower the floor and still keep the OEM frame intact for impact. Ryno Mobility and Further Options will be making this conversion available to Ryno truck dealers and retail clients very soon. Pricing has not been set, but it will be a lower cost alternative to a mini van. The same quality construction of our current vehicles with a new flare and one of a kind wheelchair lift. Best part is NO hydraulics and quiet smooth operation. This conversion will not be for everyone, but most will enjoy the conversion. As with all 4x4 driver conversions of the past, these driver side 4x4 units are chair specific. The headroom and pan are set sizes and are not subject to change. We offer one driver 4x4 conversion and that is all. NO DIESEL MOTOR trucks will be considered to be built in the 4WD GMT 900 4WD driver side. We want to make this fact clear so there is no confusion or questions on what we offer on a 4WD driver conversion. Edward M Pic / CEO Ryno Mobility Plant 1 Website / Truck MSRP Information Date: 1/15/2008 Ryno Mobility is currently making website changes. The basic structure and information will be the same, but the appearance may change. We are also providing all Ryno Dealers with MSRP pricing for the clients. These should start mailing out early next week. The main changes for 2008 are: Warranty card return time limits, Website changes, MSRP Pricing, and build times. More information will be available soon. The warranty labor rate paid for any work done on a Ryno truck has been set. Ryno Mobility will no longer pay each individual states warranty hourly rate, and will pro-rate all work accordingly. We also have set an allotted time for repairs based on experience in the tech aspect of all work to be performed. Ryno Mobility also will not pay for more labor then the repair should take time wise. Edward M Pic / CEO Ryno Mobility Corporation-Florida WARRANTY UPDATE All Ryno Dealers that did not mail in the warranty cards and paperwork for Ryno trucks built in 2007, the dealer and client have no warranty. All warranty papers must be filled out and mailed back to Ryno Mobility within 10 days of receiving trucks, this is stated on all warranty information sent with the vehicles. Ryno Mobility will make no exceptions to this policy. We apologize to our clients if this causes a burden. All dealers are aware of the policy change we implemented in January of 2007. Policy changes for 2008 will be posted in the dealer section for all Ryno Dealers to review. Mega Cab Option Sheets All option and fax sheets have been placed in the dealer area. Dealers please note you can still call and have the docs faxed to you. All links are downloadable from the dealer area. All prices are subject to change. For shorter clients Ryno is offering a 6 way power seat in the Ryno Mega conversion, please call for up charge from standard 4 way seat. Tire and rim packages are now available for the Ryno Mega conversions as well, pricing is on the Mega option sheets. Dealer Relations Door Actuator Old Style Date: 10/1/2007 All clients with the older door actuators: The manufacturer of those parts has discontinued the models Ryno used on some trucks. Clients that need replacement actuators may find them online, but Ryno Mobility is encouraging the upgrade to the latest proprietary actuators currently used. The new actuators are build especially for Ryno Mobility and are twice as fast as the old style actuators. The old actuators are not covered under warranty, but Ryno Mobility may offer the new retro kit at a reduced rate. Ryno Mobility cannot warranty a discontinued item from outside vendors. Edward M Pic CEO / Ryno Mobility Price Increase Date: 10/1/2007 Ryno Mobility Corporation has made a price increase. The Braun Corporation has risen the cost of the UVL and Ryno Mobility has offset that price reflected in our pricing. We only raised the price the same as The Braun Corporation. Dealers please check the updated pricing in your dealer section. Trucks currently in production have the old pricing. Edward M Pic CEO / Ryno Mobility Dodge Mega Cab Date: 9/20/2007 Ryno Mobility Corporation has filed all the necessary paperwork with the United States patent office concerning the Ryno Mega Conversion design as well as the PCB door controllers for the Ryno trucks and Mega cab conversions. Ryno Corporate / Legal Newest Lift Addition to the Ryno Conversion Date: 8/28/2007 Ryno Mobility is proud to have made an arrangement to provide a "Fork Style" inside lift for the Ryno Conversions. This will allow another option in addition to the outside chassis mounted lift currently used. No need for suspension lift, and looks virtually stock in appearance from the outside. We have been in the design stage for a couple months to integrate this new lift into our lowered floor system. We would like to make the offer for a client to be the first to have this unit installed. You will get the same Ryno lowered floor and Ryno doors with remote, but will get the newest "fork style" lift mounted inside. I have posted a picture below for reference, although the truck application shown is an older Dodge and not the Chevy we will be using. Edward Pic CEO OLDER RYNO DOOR ACTUATORS The older style actuators silver or grey in color have been discontinued. Ryno Mobility has an upgrade kit available and will not support a discontinued item. Our supplier informed us of the decision, and we feel the upgrade kit is stronger, faster and has an emergency release. All Ryno dealers that call for actuator warranty will be directed to order the upgrade kit. Ryno Mobility will give the clients the upgrade at our cost but will not pay labor. Install time should be less then 1.5 hours. Edward Pic CEO / Ryno Mobility ed@rynomobility.com 2007 CHEVROLET 2500HD 2WD Date: 5/30/2007 Ryno Mobility can now do driver and passenger conversions on the 2007 new body style 2500HD 2WD trucks. 2WD trucks only at this time, and passenger models CANNOT have a diesel motors. The diesel motors have a new emissions particulate filter that cannot be modified. ALL trucks must be ordered with a standard or long bed. At this time we are only doing the 2500 HD 2WD trucks, but will be looking at other models soon. The new 2007 body style trucks will also have the new, faster actuators from Ryno Mobility. These new actuators are twice as fast and strong and replace ONLY the actuators currently used and NOT the older Ricon door operators. Installation time is 2 hours max and now comes with quick release mounting brackets on the doors for emergency exit. Contact Ryno for pricing. This retro kit must be installed by a qualified Ryno Truck dealer.

Through Solid works and VSRG software Ryno Mobility can do crash test simulation and verification of structural compliance. The newest software allows Ryno to perform crash testing many times over and from all angles to insure the safest vehicle possible. We feel staying on the cutting edge of software and design is key to providing the most vehicle options available today. Edward Pic- ed@rynomobility.com 2007 SILVERADO TRUCK UPDATE Date: 1/30/2007 Ryno Mobility has worked with suspension and bodylift manufactures to resolve issues with availability of parts. Ryno Mobility designed some parts in house, and are waiting for final release of vendor parts to complete the availability to our clients/dealers. As of now ALL trucks that will be built on the new 2007 bodystyle CANNOT have the Stabilitrak from GM. Early testing has confirmed with suspension that in a turn or sharp cornering the front end will "chirp" or "skip" this is normal. All trucks must be ordered without Stabilitrak, if a customer provides a truck with Stabilitrak, Ryno Mobility will not be held responsible for the stated inherent known issues with suspension lift coupled with Stabilitrak. We will post more information soon. ( Operations / Design staff) Price Increase Date: 12/21/2006 With foreign pressure raising the cost of raw materials such as steel Ryno Mobility will be implementing a price increase effective Jan 1st 2007. We can no longer absolve these costs is the reason for the increase. All vehicle and lift manufacturers are also doing a price increase and Ryno Mobility's is well below the other manufactures. Most Mobility dealers will see a 10 to 20 percent increase from the top manufactures. We cannot justify that large of an increase even though are vehicles are custom built to order. Although an increase is necessary we are pleased that it will be much lower then the standard from the other manufacturers. ( Accounting / Operations ) Mega Cab Update Date: 12/08/2006 The response has been great!! Here is an update on the Dodge. Slim line rear 60/40 seat installed to replace the factory seat, entry through the passenger rear door, remote control, running boards, suspension lift, Braun or Ricon lift. The exciting news is our clients will have more driving/seating options on the new Mega Cab. They are as follows: 1- Center/Driver Drop 2-Center Drop 3-Center/Driver Drop with 6 way Transfer Seat 4-Center/Driver Drop with (2) 6 way Transfer Seats What this means is our clients can drive from their chair, have just a Center Drop and a 6 way Transfer seat to transfer into the OEM seat for driving, have a Center/Driver drop and have a 6 way power seat on the passenger side if they want to transfer. We are exploring the option of a full driver/passenger drop with removable ambulatory seating so the client can be either a driver or passenger. The Center/Driver drop with 6 way seat is designed for those that can transfer now but may in the future want to drive from their chair, or situations where the headroom provided is not enough to drive from their chair. Note, the OEM rear seat and toolbox is removed and replaced. The OEM rear seat does not fold up like regular trucks and the interior room is needed for the lowered floor and entry. We will post more information soon. ( Vehicle Information ) Ryno Door Operators Date: 11/01/2006 Ryno Mobility has contracted and Italian actuator company to make a proprietary linear actuator for the Ryno Trucks. This will double the speed of the door opening and closing and work seamlessly with the latest REV 6 door controller. There will be a retro kit available for older Ryno trucks with the current linear actuator., but no plans as of yet for a retro of the older over center original Ryno doors. If a customer or dealer would require such a modification, please contact Ryno Mobility for options. We will work with you as much as possible for a solution. As for some requests for hydraulic door openers, we have decided not to offer that conversion, the cost and potential for leakage is too high. ( Ryno Doors ) EPIC Slide-lock Tie Down Date: 11/01/2006 EPIC Manufacturing LLC has informed Ryno Mobility that custom length tie downs will be available by Jan 1st 2007. There will be an up charge for custom CAD work and design. This will allow EPIC to provide shorter or longer base lengths to accommodate a larger variety of wheelchairs for the Ryno trucks and Honda Element. Discontinued Vehicle Date: 8/1/2006 Ryno Mobility has stopped offering the Driver Side 2500HD 4x4 with the Duramax diesel. This conversion is too chair specific and limits the wheelchairs available that will fit. All trucks currently ordered and in production will be completed. If a 4x4 diesel 2500HD is needed we will now only be offering the Passenger Side conversion and a transfer into the driving position will be needed. ( Vehicle Information)
